Ke$ha in Manila: Warrior Tour

Thank you Nikko Panti! :)
It’s been almost a week since Ke$ha’s Warrior Tour here Manila but I still find myself hungover her staggeringly controversial concert at Smart Araneta last October 24, 2013. I was privileged enough to be given Patron passes c/o When in Manila.

Ke$ha’s performance was anything but mediocre. It was shortbut sweet, she only performed for a little bit more than an hour but every second was worth the while. My favourite part was when she wore a metal belt and used some sort of heavy machinery to blow-off sparks from her mid-section. Amazing! I’ve never seen anyone get that risky in a concert.

The concert was very interactive. I witnessed how she truly appreciates her fans (whom she refers to as her “Animals”) as she constantly communicated with the audience.

She constantly gave anecdotes on how her personal experiences inspire her to write songs.

She narrated how she once went to a strip club and was (un)surprised by how everyone suddenly got naked. Another story she told was how a guy refused to “do it” with her and claimed how he simply wanted to “talk”. Can you guess which song she wrote about these experiences?

Ke$ha performed her hit singles Tik-tok, Crazy Kids, We R Who We R, Blow, and many more. Her songs made the crowd go crazy! As an audience, I found myself wanting to catch up with her out-of-this-world antics. Who wouldn’t?

If you’ve watched Ke$ha’s reality show, My Crazy Beautiful Life, then you would realize that what you see is what you get. She is definitely uncensored and unrestricted. Her concerts should definitely be R16 although I must say that there were a number of kids in there. She would constantly blurt out racy sentences like  how she likes balls. She even encouraged each and everyone of us to make-out with our neighbor, you name it. Nevertheless, I didn’t mind.

Despite her eclecticand and R-rated personality, she is still followed and looked up to by people of all genders, races, and ages. She is one-of-a-kind.

Her concert would be remembered for her extra ordinary props. The highlight of the entire night would be the massive d*ck running around stage. Can you spot it?

As she said her goodbyes, the crowd chanted more from her. And so, she delivered a satisfying Encore.

We couldn’t ask for more. As she bid her (final) farewell, she wishes for everyone to get laid that night.

Ke$ha’s concert wa snot a full set production with a big number of back up dancers and fancy props. All she had were simple and ordinary things like blown up legs, a miniature car, balls, and the like, but I don’t think that she actually needs anything more. Her personality, drive, and enthusiasm is what satisfied all of us. Now,that you know what happened, go home and get laid! J
